DESCRIPTION:Business Meeting Announcement for February 4th 2020. \nFrom President\, Richard Leydon: \nThere are a number of board members available for an impromptu meeting next week on Tuesday\, February 4th at 4pm at my home. If you are interested in attending you are welcome\, please rsvp to twrhonda@gmail.com.  If you have a matter you’d like discussed please include your topic in the email by February 2nd. \nThe LGPOA bylaws define meetings as general membership meetings and state that members are to be notified of meetings two weeks prior to the meeting date. They also state that the LGPOA is required to host four general membership meetings annually. \nSince we did not meet the two-week notification requirement\, this meeting will not constitute as one of the four annual general membership meetings. \nMinutes of all meetings are posted at www.lgpoa.org.
