LGPOA Proposed By-Law Amendments

In 2016, members of the LGPOA Board elected to update the existing bylaws of the Little Gasparilla Property Owners Association which were originally enacted in 2004.

Purpose:

-To eliminate obsolete provisions.

-To eliminate provisions no longer observed or enforced.

-To tailor documents to best reflect the way the association has operated since 2004.

-To provide for changes in technology (e-mail vs US Mail, teleconferencing)

-To format document into a universal use electronic form.

Proposed amendments are red lined for your review. Proposed amendments, which were introduced at the January 7th, 2017 general meeting will be voted on at the Spring Annual Meeting on April 8^th,  2017.
