The Post Hearing Briefs for the litigation between OPC, PIE and EU were released in March. Staff will make their recommendations to Charlotte County Commissioners this month. The Commissioners will rule and share the results in the next month or so, once it’s put on the agenda. Please find below the links to these briefs:
