Call to Order:
Richard Leydon called the meeting to order at 5:34 P.M. in the Placida Beach Club House.
Directors Present:
Richard Leydon, Joe Bokar, Marie Rockwood (telephonically), Laurie Tremblay, Roy Petteway (telephonically), Barb Dwyer, Deric Flom and Pede Fraser.
Bylaws and Robert’s Rules of Order:
Pede Fraser moved that the removal of the District 2 Director at the January 15, 2022 public meeting was not performed in accordance with the LGPOA bylaws, therefore the motion is to be reversed. Richard Leydon seconded the motion which was passed unanimously.
Pede Fraser moved that upon receipt of evidence of property ownership by Rhonda Olson, Rhonda Olson will be reinstated as the District 2 At Large Director until the annual election. Roy Petteway seconded the motion which was passed unanimously.
Joe Bokar sent a PDF of the bylaws to all board members for review.
Barb Dwyer was tasked to research whether two board members sharing one piece of property can be directors at the same time.
Adjournment:
Laurie Tremblay moved that the meeting be adjourned at 6:50 P.M. Barb Dwyer seconded the motion which was passed unanimously.
