Earlier this year, members of the LGPOA Board elected to update the existing bylaws of the Property Owners Association which were originally enacted in 2004. Proposed amendments are outlined below for your review. Proposed amendments will be placed on the agenda of the January 7th LGPOA meeting held at the Placida Beach Condos at 10am.
